What is a Spirit Walk: 

Spirit Walks are a sacred and unique two-hour, outdoor experience.

These facilitated, meditative journeys offer you an interactive way to explore your multifaceted self. Each Spirit walk includes gentle movements to bring you into the present moment and to fully embrace the experience. Spirit walks show us what we need to hear, learn, take action around physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. Tears, laughter, sadness, joy, anger and delight may surface. These walks are meant to help us reconnect, and become more empowered in all good ways. Each and every walk is unique because each person and each person each day is unique from the day before. Dare to step into and through a Spirit Walk.

The Spirit Walk of Life

A guided walk taking you through the journey of how you came to be who you are today, to where you will be heading.

An exploration from birth through life to death to bardo to rebirth. This is an active meditative experience.

 

The Spirit Walk of Balance

A guided 1km walk taking you through the sacred figure 8 to see where you are in balance and where you are out of balance.

Explore tools that would be helpful for you to incorporate in life moving forward so that you can breathe in balance, daily.​

 

The Spirit Walk of Skin Shedding

A guided joyrney of the multifaceted shedding of old skins. Explore what this means to you, what needs to be shed, and what are you ready to shed. Then celebrate this current and new skin you are in. Embrace the fuller, more aligned You.

 2025 Fee Schedule:

Private 1:1 ​ $185.00

For 2, couples/friends = $175.00pp

Group 3-5 = $165.00pp

Group 6-10 = $150pp

All spirit walks are outside and in the elements of the weather and nature. One can experience uneven grounds, wet grounds, bugs, wild life, winds, rains, sweltering heat, poisonous plants, etc.

Dress for the elements and bring items to help you have a supportive experience.

Bug spray, sunblock, long sleeves, hats, water bottles, etc.

NOTE: Closed-toed shoes/boots are always required.

While we understand the need to want to stay connected to the digital world of cellphones, we encourage everyone to

dare to disconnect for the 2h nature connected, spirit walk experience.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY:

*The total fee is required to book and reserve your scheduled session. While we understand unexpected life events happen, please understand Archway Connection is a non-for-profit organization. The funds acquired from booked sessions and experiences solely support the maintaining of programs, services, the grounds and animal welfare. 

For 1:1 to groups up to 5 people, cancelations become non-refundable 48h prior to session date.

For groups of 6-10 people, 50% of the total is automatically non-refundable at time of booking. If cancelation happens prior to 48h,

50% of the total will be returned. If cancelations are less than 48h to booked session, zero will be refunded.
